Pop princess Britney Spears has reportedly found a buyer for one of her Los Angeles-area properties—a Spanish-style megamansion tucked away in Thousand Oaks. The star, who purchased the home for $6.75 million five years ago, began seeking to offload the estate back in April of last year.

Built-in 2010, the 8,500 square foot residence offers five bedrooms, covered patios, and a pool featuring streaming fountains. Architectural touches include exposed ceiling beams, and arched doorways and windows. Vast communal rooms open out onto the property’s expansive outdoor spaces, which feature a barbecue area and an outdoor bar. A diverse range of chandeliers hangs from the home’s vaulted ceilings.

Spears opted to sell the estate not long after settling into her new Southern California palace located in Westlake Village, a secluded community along the Los Angeles/Ventura County border. Spears, who remains a prominent fixture in the pop music industry and has made a success of her transition into the Vegas residency phase of her career, splashed $7.4 million on a 12,464 square foot Italian villa situated on 21 acres of land north of Los Angeles. That home, befitting the pop star’s legendary status, offers more traditional celebrity pad amenities—the estate features such luxuries as a three-hole golf course, 3,500 bottle wine cellar, a library, elevator, and tennis court.

Spears has sold off her outgoing estate, situated in the gated Sherwood Country Club community of Thousand Oaks, for approximately $7 million.
